Public Consultation Opens: Tarbert Conservation Area Appraisal & Management Plan
Today marks the start of a six-week public consultation on the Draft Tarbert Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan, and feedback from the local community and wider stakeholders is warmly welcomed.
The draft document sets out an assessment of Tarbert’s conservation area, identifying its special architectural and historic interest, alongside a management plan to guide its future protection and enhancement.
As part of the consultation process, a drop-in session will take place on:
Wednesday 14 January
10:00am – 6:00pm
Templar Arts and Leisure Centre
This session offers an opportunity to view the proposals in person, ask questions, and discuss the draft plan with representatives involved in its preparation.
All consultation materials are available online, and comments can be submitted directly via the council’s website. The consultation is being run by Argyll and Bute Council, and responses will help inform the final version of the appraisal and management plan for Tarbert.
