Construction of Two Storey Community Activity Hub & Water Sports Building
Tarbert Harbour, Argyll

Tarbert (Loch Fyne) Harbour Authority invites ‘Expressions of Interest’ from suitably qualified and experienced building contractors for the forthcoming tender process for the construction of a new two-storey Community Activity Hub and Water Sports Building at Tarbert Harbour.

The project will provide facilities to support community wellbeing, entertainment activities and water sports activities, including changing rooms, toilets and showers and participant welfare areas.

Contractors should demonstrate relevant experience, technical competence, and capacity to deliver a project of this size and nature. They must also be able to provide assurance that they have sufficient resources, interest and commitment to prepare a tender within the timescale required to comply with the project funders (Regeneration Capital Grant Fund).  This stipulates that the building contract must be signed by 26th February 2027 and the tender period will therefore be between 7th January and 4th February 2027.

Scope of Work, Project Drawings, Specifications, and further information will be made available to interested contractors upon application.
